I sit with the client until it actually ships, then fold what works back into the product.

Most of my work happens forward deployed: on the call with the client, then in the codebase writing what we just agreed to. At Botpress that means the spec, the architecture, and the production TypeScript behind an enterprise AI agent, wired into whatever they already run: HubSpot, Twilio, Shopify, WhatsApp, Gmail. The half I like more is what comes after. When one client needs something and the market probably needs it too, I generalize it into the product itself: the e-commerce vertical and the delivery factory harness both started as a single engagement. The same instinct goes inward, turning work the team keeps redoing into Claude skills and agentic harnesses that scaffold, test, and validate a whole bot end to end, and I only bring in new tech once I've actually researched it. The receipts: 19 enterprise clients shipped across North America and Europe, most now running on rails I built.

Solutions Architect III at Botpress, owning the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise AI bots across North America and Europe. I architect and build every bot from scratch in TypeScript using the Botpress ADK, no low-code studio. Working at a startup means each client engagement runs like an independent contract, handling spec, architecture, implementation, integration testing, and CS handoff concurrently across 19 clients. Delivered bots span autonomous customer support (Estrelar/MyTrueIQ with JWT, MFA, and refund APIs), e-commerce (UpsideDrinks.ca bilingual shopping assistant, Visit London itinerary chatbot), knowledge systems (HEAG/Reggie AI 2.0 with FSA Handbook KB, Back to the Roots gardening bot), WhatsApp automation (Yamaha Motor Mexico), and Gmail-integrated knowledge bots (IonOptix). Every delivery is production-deployed and tested end-to-end.

Deloitte·Associate Analyst

At Deloitte USI Consulting, delivered automation solutions for enterprise clients including Aflac, where I built internal tooling to automate the insurance claims revision workflow. Developed systems to process, categorize, and route claims flagged for human review, reducing manual overhead and improving throughput. Also set up Selenium automation suites for client applications, so regression passes ran without a person driving them. Stack included .NET, JavaScript, and SQL across backend services, internal dashboards, and Agile delivery cycles.

The Digital Uplift·Co-Founder / Full Stack Developer

Co-founded with a group of recent North Island College, Vancouver Island University and University of Victoria graduates who had watched AI code generation get genuinely good by the end of 2024. Vancouver Island is full of boutique businesses with no website at all, so we built automated workflows that turned out small, clean sites for them at the lowest price we could still deliver properly at. Not a profit play, a proof of what we could do. I owned the build: Next.js, Shadcn for UI, SEO-first routing, Google Analytics, and the Google Ads campaigns in front of it. No longer accepting new clients.
