E-commerce agent kit
one command from store URL to shopping agent
Every store wanted the same shopping assistant, and every one used to be built from scratch. At Botpress I lead the kit that makes it a repeatable product instead: shared tools, shared guardrails, and an onboarding pipeline.

Search products and check inventory, find discounts, see order status and track a parcel, start a return, cancel an order, fix a shipping address, read store policy, and reach a person through Botpress Desk when the agent should step back.
Each action runs at one of three autonomy levels. Refunds need a human by default, and any confirmation expires after fifteen minutes, so a stale yes can never move money. The agent is helpful first and careful where it counts.
Give it a store URL and it scrapes the store, a model writes the store profile, and any URL, price or policy the store does not back up is rejected before it ships.
Then it typechecks, runs the tests, deploys and opens a draft pull request for review. About twenty quality checks and a golden question set guard every store. Shopify only, on purpose.
The kit belongs to Botpress and is built on its ADK, with teammates in the history. I am the lead author and keep it current. Client details stay private.
